Player Development

The Pathway
One Development System.
Built for What's Next.

SC Global Academy is built around one system that develops the entire student-athlete: on the court, in the classroom, and in life.

The Competitive Pathway

Two Teams. One Pathway.

Different stages. Different competition. One development system built to move athletes forward.

Varsity Team

Build the Foundation

Dedicated athletes sharpen their skills, build IQ, and develop the habits that everything else is built on — competing throughout Southern California.

Prep Team

Compete on Bigger Stages

Premier circuits, showcases, and tournaments across the country — with the high-level coaching and exposure that college recruitment runs on.

College & Beyond

Take the Next Step

Eligibility managed, recruitment guided, and placement supported — so the next step is a real destination, not a hope.

Our Development Model

More Than Basketball

Six connected areas of development — each athlete is supported across all of them, every day.

Basketball Development

NBA-caliber skill development, position-specific coaching, and performance film — built around each athlete's individual baseline and goals.

Experience That Guides the Path

A Track Record At the Next Level.

Our development and placement philosophy is shaped by decades of experience working directly with athletes who have advanced to Division I programs, Ivy League institutions, high-level college basketball, and the professional level. That experience informs how we evaluate, develop, and guide every athlete toward what comes next.
